Tenda Router Description
Started in 1990 Tenda is a company based out of China that develops and builds wireless routers that are very budget-friendly, with affordable setups for homes and businesses. The general consensus is that Tenda routers are simple and function well enough to keep things going but lack on security so if one is concerned about the information they are working with being protected well you may want to look into something in a different price range.
The performance you get from Tenda is better than other devices in the same range and with AC1200 wireless classification. The AC means that the router has support for the latest 802.11ac networking standard which splits bandwidth over two channels the 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz and the 1200 means the theoretical maximum speed of a router which in this case is 1200Mbps. Most Tenda routers do not allow for a USB device to be attached to them either, which given the price range is also understandable as being affordable means some things are not top-notch!
If you have a smaller space and have a budget constraint but need something that functions okay, Tenda routers are what you are looking for.
