Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is the advanced version in the Notebook 9 series of Samsung laptops. With a 13.3-inch (1080p) LED display, one of the highlights of the Notebook 9 Pro is its convertibility that allows for it to be folded all the way back into a tablet mode. Though its a little bit on the heavier side for being carried around like a tablet but the option of watching movies in the Tent mode is quite intriguing and fulfilling. Considered a premium device, the 9 Pro is available at high price points in Pakistan and comes in 13 inch and 15-inch variants.

Design & Display
The 15-inch variant comes with a beautiful touchscreen that supports 4K display. On the other hand, at 254 nits, the 13=inch 9 Pro's screen is dimmer than you would expect it to be and falls way below the 328-nit category average. There is a user-facing 720p HD Camera on the top of the laptop while the fingerprint scanner has been moved to the power button on the right side of the device. The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro offers an Active Pen featuring 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, allowing you to write, draw and doodle on the screen. It is available in Platinum Titan colour.
Performance & Platform
Featuring the latest Intel Whiskey Lake chip the 9 Pro uses a powerful Core i7-8565U processor and the Windows 10 Home Edition. Though the 13-inch Notebook 9 Pro features strong performance in traditional office applications, it is not suitable for intensive gaming as it only has Intel’s UHD 620 integrated graphics and not a discrete chip. 15-inch variant uses the GTX 950M GPU and is great for gaming. This version also features 4 speakers for a richer and powerful sound as compared to the 13-inch model
RAM, Battery & Storage
The laptop offers an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of NVMe storage. The RAM is expandable up to 16GB while the storage can be expanded up to 512GB. The Samsung Notebook 9 uses a 55Wh battery which is good to give you 14 hours of use.
The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro offers a generous number of ports on its sides that include a microSD card slot and three USB-C ports. Out of these three ports, two ports support Thunderbolt 3 with a full four lanes of PCIe. You won't find USB-A ports on this device at all, leaving you with the option of using a dongle for connecting most accessories.
