Samsung Galaxy A50 Description
Samsung has recreated its dominance in the upper levels of the mid-range smartphone market by bringing the Galaxy A50 to the smartphone world in June 2019. The Samsung Galaxy A50 is a fresh upgrade and leads the current pack of the A-series with awesome features such as the high-tech biometric authentication, three cameras, U-shaped notch design and a 4,000mAh battery. The phone also supports fast charging of 15W. Increasing the phone's value for money quotient, Samsung introduced the in-display fingerprint sensor, a distinct feature earlier limited to premium phones only. The Samsung Galaxy A50 runs on Samsung’s new interface, the OneUI, that is based on Android 9.0 Pie. The phone has a unique rear panel with an iridescent coating that reflects the light through the plastic carapace into eye-catching rainbow hues. Sporting a sleek 7.7mm body, the Samsung Galaxy A50 uses the Exynos 9610 octa-core chipset, comprising of four Cortex-A73 high-powered cores clocked at 2.31GHz and four power-efficient Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.74GHz. The A50 comes in 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB storage which can further be expanded up to 512GB.
The bezel-less 6.4 inches Super AMOLED Infinity-U display on the Samsung Galaxy A50 gives a Full HD+ 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, a pixel density of 404 ppi and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The U-shaped notch on the front allows a screen-to-body ratio of 91.6%, making it one of those premium quality phones that give the best viewing experiences. On the back, the Samsung Galaxy A50 houses three cameras in a vertical stack with an LED flash below. The tri-camera setup consists of a primary 25MP camera with an f/1.7 aperture for brighter and clearer photos, a second 5MP depth-sensing camera with f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree field of view, like the human eye. The rear cameras offer features like Panorama and HDR and let you shoot High Definition 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. The Scene Optimizer option enhances your photos giving you optimum levels of brightness and saturation. The front selfie camera is a 25 MP, f/2.0, 25mm (wide) snapper that includes the HDR feature and allows for high quality 1080p videos @30 frames per second.
